Water Jet Cutting is a cost effective and precise method of cutting many different types of material, including steel, copper, aluminum, fiberglass, titanium, composite materials, stones, ceramics, rubber, glass, foam, wood and more. Waterjet machining can cut materials ranging in thickness from .010" to 10" with a kerf range of .020" to .050" and no heat affected zones. Without any heat affected zones the integrity of metals is maintained. Not only are fast cutting speeds achievable, intricate geometries can be performed as well. With our 5-axis equipped waterjet, the cutting head is able to cut at angles up to 60 degrees providing a diverse range of results from small to grand, and from industrial to artistic.

Secondary operations are available to compliment waterjet cutting such as bending, forming, and cnc machining, so that projects can be fully realized. With the addition of rapid manufacturing we can give your prototype, design or concept a start and finish.
